RED SQUIRREL

DESCRIPTION

This striking bronze sculpture by Vincenzo Romanelli depicts a red squirrel climbing up a tree trunk. Vincenzo sculpted the squirrel after spotting them in the woodland. Red squirrel was modelled in clay by Vincenzo, and then cast in bronze at the Florentine foundry following the traditional lost-wax techniques. The rich patina reflects the true colourings of this endangered species. Red Squirrel is a limited edition of 12 pieces, signed, numbered and dated.
